Meet Me

Hello! I’m Chef Michaela, a passionate food enthusiast and proud mom of two lovely girls.

I hold a degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu. After over 13 years as an Air Force spouse, my family and I have transitioned to civilian life, which has allowed me to pursue my long-held dream of starting my own business.

I founded Tart Therapy as a food truck towards the end of my husband’s military career, driven by the desire to share my love for food with others. My journey has not been without challenges, including navigating a chronic illness called Shwanommatosis, which has influenced my life and diet.
