Lamb Burger

Mediterranean Lamb Burger

I love a good burger! But I also love a burger with a twist.

This lamb burger is blended with pork to balance the fat and the bold game flavor of lamb. The cucumber salad adds a bit of crunch from the cucumber and the lemon adds a bit of brightness that compliments the lamb. But the thing that really brings this burger to the next level is the whipped feta! This creamy and salty spread is exactly what this burger needs.

Make this burger at your next barbeque or dinner and you are sure to impress!
