Hello! I am Chef Michaela!

A little about me; I have a degree in Patisserie and  Baking from Le Cordon Bleu.

 I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls and have been an Air Force spouse for over 13 years.  We recently transitioned from military life to civilian life.

I started Tart Therapy as a food truck near the end of my husband’s military tenure. It has been a longtime ambition of mine to create my own business so that I can share my passion for food with others. I struggle with a chronic illness that has affected my diet in many ways, if you would like to read more about it check out my blog. 

It has not been easy; there have been difficulties ranging from relocating to health issues. But I’m glad I’m here, sharing my dream with you!
