Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to minimize the time in shipping. 
 
 
We ship your order using insulated materials, special packaging methods, and sometimes ice packs to ensure a cool, safe, and successful delivery. 
 

We use both UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ship. We will use our discretion to ship your package with the ideal carrier. We time our shipping drop-offs to make sure that your orders are traveling for the least amount of time possible. Depending on how long the estimated shipping will take and when you order, we may wait until the beginning of the week to ship your package.

We offer several shipping options at the checkout. Our most cost-effective shipping method combines economic packing and shipping with the speed required to receive a fresh and tasty delivery. However, please note that this is a non-guaranteed service, and delays may occur during transit. The processing time of Standard orders is 1-3 business days.

We also offer Next Day Air service by UPS. This is guaranteed shipping which we also process as fast as possible. Any order placed before 3 PM Monday to Wednesday will be received the next day. This service is not available for weekend delivery and will ship the next business day. Please contact us before ordering if you require weekend delivery at [email protected]

Please note that you are responsible for receiving the tarts, which are time and temperature sensitive. We try to protect them as best as possible, but heat may eventually damage them if left outside. You will receive tracking information to track and find out when your package will be dropped off. If you live in an extremely warm climate, we do not recommend having your delivery sit outside for more than a couple of hours. UPS My Choice is a service provided by UPS that lets you track your delivery in real-time, as well as reschedule deliveries and re-route drop-off to local pick-up centers. We highly recommend utilizing this service to ensure successful delivery.

Returns

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Tart Therapy LLC can not accept returns.

  • We may issue credit or replacements, circumstances pending.

  • We do our best to protect your tart, but we cannot control how your package is handled. If your order is unreasonably damaged during shipping, please contact us with photo proof, and we will be more than happy to credit or replace them for you.

  • If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied. 

  • Due to the perishable nature of tarts, all issues submitted after the two-day delivery window or without proper photo evidence will not be eligible for return or refund.
